Fancy Butts Shingles
“Fancy Butts” are simply aesthetically pleasing sculptured shingles and can be
used to break up large areas and/or create a unique feature. They are suitable
for roofs and walls, both on exterior or interior applications.
These specialty products have undergone further manufacture and are re-butted
and re-jointed to ensure the shingles are perfectly square before sanding.
Sculptured shingles are available from John Brash & Co Ltd in a variety of
stocked patterns.
These include Square, Round, Arrow and Diamond , Samples of Half Cove, Fish-scale
and Octagonal patterns can also be supplied.
John Brash supply Fancy Butts in dimensions of :
450mm long by 125mm wide
Thicknesses taper from 11mm at the tail or butt edge to 3mm at the head
Sculptured shingles can be mixed with other patterns or standard shingles resulting
in a highly decorative and eye-catching design.
